Omnicubes, short for "Omnipotent Cubes", are super intelligent multitask devices that seem to be integral to everyday operations in The House. These lifeforms were introduced in the first episode and go on to appear in each subsequent title, though they are generally never important to the story.

General[]

There are usually three Omnicubes in Charlotte's room, but there's only two of them in Episode 1. Three types are known to exist: Warp, Teleport, and Data.

  • TELEPORT Omnicube - Charlotte's use of this one is restricted to the rooms of her home.
  • DATA Omnicube - Presents information on User Rules, Doors, Omnicubes and their capabilities, and the registered tenants of the first floor.
  • WARP Omnicube - Can teleport the user to a warp point, such as the one at the school.

On Day 2 the teacher gives a lecture on how things work in the house, and addresses the importance of the Omnicubes in day-to-day functions (the dialogue is all backwards). It is revealed here that all the food in the house, as well as the materials necessary for their creation, are generated by the Omnicubes. They also dispose of all waste in the house. Lastly, the teacher mentions that it is speculated that the 11th floor of the House is populated solely by them, and that the Omnicubes there are 4 times as intelligent as human beings; this is subverted in Episode 3, as the 11th floor is revealed therein to be where Mother resides.

The Omnicubes do not have much of a presence in Episode 3, but appear nonetheless. Charlotte never makes use of them at all here, with Charlotte noting that some of them are sleeping. In Delirium, the Omnicubes appear to dislike Charlotte as they refuse to speak to her at all.

Book of Truth[]

The Book of Truth in Episode 2 has a page dedicated to the Omnicubes and details additional information on them. It is mentioned here that they're omnivores, more populous than humans, and have a much higher IQ average.

Trivia[]

  • Putting Liquid Soap into Omnicubes can result in dire consequences.
