The Executioner Masks, referred to internally as "Follower Masks", appear only in Hello Charlotte Episode 1. They are the signature masks worn by The Executioners, though other characters such as Charlotte and Felix are seen wearing them as disguises and/or to hide their identities.
The Masks are found inside Slaughterhouse-4, which requires the password: "4981" to enter. Though this item never technically gets placed in the Stuff (Inventory), it will temporarily change Charlotte and Felix's portraits in the party and dialogue. More importantly, collecting this allows for them to safely enter Slaughterhouse-6 without being immediately assaulted by the Executioners waiting inside. Charlotte and Felix wear the masks until they encounter the Oracle, who assumes that Charlotte and Felix are Executioners, and after telling them to finish it off, Charlotte and Felix tell it they aren't Executioners, and remove their masks.
