Charlotte Wiltshire (V19) is the antagonist of the second arc of Hello Charlotte 3: Childhood's End.
Story
In V19's first appearance, she has already killed everyone on the second floor except Scarlett Eyler, telling her to play hide-and-seek and "Let's meet where Mother is".
She next appears in a dream Scarlett Eyler has, where surrounded by bodies, V19 tells her "Find me, Scarlett Eyler" and "Let's meet where Mother is", while pushing her down hovering about her, yet V19 is crying while doing so.
Later, after Scarlett reaches the eleventh floor and confronts her, she tells her the true nature of the House and Charlotte and goads her into attacking her, causing Scarlett to strangle her. She tells Scarlett more about the nature of the House, Mother and Charlotte before she dies.
